Caulking Services - Internal, External, Domestic and Commercial Caulking
Caulking Vanities & Sinks
Caulking Benchtops
Caulking Windows
Caulking around vanities and sinks creates a seal preventing any water or dirt from entering the join. It is important to stop any water from seeping into the join between the sink and benchtop as well as giving a 'finished' look.
Over time, water seeping into the join can accumulate and damage cupboards or can seep between the walls to the room behind. In the case of a multi-storey, water can leak underneath the vanity into the roof space in between, creating a lot of damage.
It is also a requirement of the building code in order to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy, that all sink surrounds are caulked.
Caulking tiles or splashbacks to benchtops, seals and protects the join as well as being aesthetically pleasing.
Caulking the join prevents water, dust and other materials such as food, flour, oil, etc., from entering the join.
Caulking windows to window frames.
1. Sealing the gap will insulate & therefore improve energy efficiency in your property.
2. Sealing also stops dirt & debris from gathering in the join.

Caulking Splashback Joins
Caulking Brick Expansion Joins makes for a neater appearance as well as protecting the join from a build-up of dirt and debris.
It is also a requirement to receive a Building Certificate of Occupancy that expansion joins are caulked.
Caulking skirting to flooring gives a beautiful finish as well as protecting the join from any dirt, debris & insects entering the join.
Splashback joins to each other and to benchtops are caulked to prevent dirt and debris from entering the join as well as to give a superior finish.

Caulking Staircases
Caulking Pool Edges
Caulking paving and porch areas finishes your outdoor area as well as protecting the join from any water, dirt, debris & insects from entering or gathering in the join.
Finish the joins in your staircase by caulking the edges. Materials will never match exactly to create a join so there will always be a gap which not only looks ugly, but also will gather dust and debris. Caulking seals the join and makes the join easier to keep clean.
Caulking the join between a swimming pool and the surrounding floor area is important:
1. To stop water and dirt from entering the join2. Aesthetics
Remove old caulking &re-seal joins
Improve Benchtops
Seal Windows
Over time (much longer than grout) and normal house movement, joins will no longer seal and need to be removed and replaced.
If this join was to remain with faulty caulking, water could seep into the join which would then sit on the floorboards under the spa hob.
Over time, as the water built up, the ceiling downstairs could become water damaged.
Areas around sinks have water sitting on the seal which breaks down caulking. Damage to the seal allows water and debris to penetrate the join resulting in mould and breaking down of the seal.
Water leaking through the join causes damage to your wall space and base cupboards. As the water seep/leak will happen over a long period of time, the damage will not be visible until it becomes a costly fix.
Are you replacing curtains with blinds?
Your windows and their joins need to look their best as they will be on display rather than hidden with curtains.
Over time, normal movement will leave a slight gap between a window and window frame.
1. Sealing the gap will insulate & therefore improve energy efficiency in your property.
2. Sealing the join covers the 'over paint' & improves the look of your window, giving a clean, finished join which will be noticeable when the blinds are up.
3. Stops dirt & debris from gathering in the join.
